WORLD WIDE SHIPPING METHODS

Here’s what you can expect in terms of delivery times:

  1. Domestic Shipping- If you’re within the USA
    USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days
    USPS Express Mail 1-2 business days
    USPS Standard Mail 2-8 business days
     

  2. International Shipping- If you are outside of the USA
    USPS Priority Mail International
    6-10 business days
    USPS Priority Mail Express International 3-5 business days

Our Turn Around Time
Please place your order at least 10 days in advance + 2 - 3 days for tailoring if you are located in the USA
For our international clients please place your orders at least 14-20 Days in advance + 2 - 3 days for tailoring.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Dear Liline is not responsible for delays due to customs.

*Please make sure you inputed your address correctly before finalizing your order. 

Please note: We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or any delayed packages once they leave us.

We ship via USPS for all orders including 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Once we ship your order, we will receive a tracking number so you can track your package. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We understand the importance of a hassle-free shopping experience. Our return policy ensures that you're satisfied with your purchase. Here are the key details:

  1. Returns Eligibility:

    * We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    * Returns are only accepted for:
    *
    Necessary alterations
    Taking in (e.g., remove 1/2 inch or so from the bodice or waist of the dress)
    Length adjustment
    (e.g., to make the dress shorter because it’s too long)
    Lengthening adjustment (e.g., this option is only applicable to certain dresses)
    *
    Wrong item was sent, if on a rare occasion that it does happen (e.g.,. you placed an order for dress A but you receive dress Z).

    *
    A garment that is returned for alterations will be rejected if:
    * Original tags is not attached
    * It’s not in their original packaging 
    * It’s not in pristine condition 
    * It has been washed 
    * It has been worn/used

  2. Return Process

    Pack the dress / item securely, including a return shipping label inside to ship back to you when alterations are done.
    * Ship it back to us using a reliable carrier.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).

  4. Custom-Made Dresses: Please note that custom-made dresses
    (including personalized designs) are non-returnable unless there's a defect or error.

    Please take into consideration that our garments are hand made and all materials are sourced specifically for your order. We love to work with our customers hand in hand so that we come as close as possible to perfect.

    QUALITY CHECK

    Our garments go through rigorous quality checks to ensure that all of our pieces are up to standard and in excellent condition prior to shipping. Not limited to capturing detailed images of all items prior to packaging as an extra step in our quality checks.

MEASUREMENTS Dear Liline garments are tailored in three ways :
Made to Measure - Made to fit your child’s actual measurements. For this option please send in measurements when placing your orders (you’ll be prompted when you click add to cart).
Custom Made Dresses - Made to your specifications. Measurements is required, email or text us for more details.
Standard True To size - Measurements are not required for us to construct your garment.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Most of our dresses are to be hand washed with cold water or machine washed in gentle cycle with cold water, non chlorine bleach and line dry/ air dry.

Alteration disclaimer: If you choose to have alterations done elsewhere for any reason it will be at your own discretion and expense, without any reimbursement from Dear Liline.
